If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian and they must come with you to meet the therapist for your first session. On the day of your appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes before so we can review your paperwork and anything new that may have popped up. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full service price.
